British Columbia Museums Association annual conference.
October 2015
Francine Cunningham, Jill Baird, Pam Brown and Kit Grauer all travelled to New Westminster to give two presentations. One was on The Museum of Anthropology’s exhibition Claiming Space and how digital media was used to engage youth. They also presented on the changing landscape of youth programs in museums and how digital media is a big part of that. In particular they discussed the changing format of the Native Youth Program. Kit Grauer presented with her Trading Routes team on their ongoing exhibition and project at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery in Richmond, BC.
